Sales Associate
The Sales Associate supports the Group Sales & Marketing team in generating leads,
securing bookings, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. This
role plays a key part in increasing group sales and occupancy rates across the company’s
managed properties by executing daily sales activities, assisting with client coordination,
and ensuring accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented,
and passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality
environment.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business
Administration, or a related field
2. 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service (fresh
graduates with strong internships are welcome)
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
5. Familiarity with basic CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
6. Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment
7. Able to work independently and as part of a team
8. Willing to travel for property site visits and client events, if needed
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Support
a) Assist in the generation and qualification of leads for group bookings,
events, and corporate accounts
b) Coordinate with clients on inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
c) Support the Sales Supervisor in preparing proposals, contracts, and
presentations
2. Client Relationship Management
a) Maintain accurate and updated client records using CRM tools
b) Provide timely responses and excellent customer service to existing and
potential clients
c) Help coordinate property site inspections and client meetings
3. Collaboration & Executionb
a) Work closely with marketing, reservations, and operations teams to ensure
smooth fulfillment of group bookings
b) Participate in sales blitzes, expos, and other trade-related events as
assigned
